Soooo good! Do not omit the radishes, they were excellent. I didn't use all 6 radishes, because I knew the kids wouldn't eat them, so I used 3-4 radishes with the lime. Great taste!

I made my own salsa, and next time will omit the radishes. Neither my hubby nor I are fans. But the flautas and the avocado cream were HUGE hits. It made enough for us to take for lunch the next day. I'll definitely be making this again.
