This recipe should be rated Easy! It was a breeze to follow and fun to cook. Not only that, it tasted great! The chicken was actually moist and flavorful and the sauce was simple and direct. This was my first time ever attempting to make a chicken parmesan and I will definately be doing it again.

I made this for my family last night, and they loved it! The marinara sauce is very tasty. The chicken breasts could have been cut in half to serve more people. We each on ate about 1/2 of our chicken and saved the rest for lunch.

This was the first time I have ever made (or eaten Chicken Parmesan and it was fabulous. My husband and I ate on it all week and never got tired of it. Now that we've tried it out, I will definately make this meal for company.

I was skeptical of the "quick marinara sauce" but I thought I'd give it a try - even after half an hour of simmering, it was still too watery. However, I used Prego in its place and everything turned out really good.

I LOVE chicken parmesan, and I thought my own version was pretty good, but after trying Tylers version, boy was I wrong. Although a bit more time consuming then my normal way, it was defiently worth it. It really tasted like something youd get in a good Italian restaurant.
On the show, Tyler splashed the cutlets with lemon juice. I forgot to do this, and will try next time just to see what flavors it brings.
I will also use a little less thyme next time, it was a bit too strong for my taste.
I also used thinner cutlets then he did on the show.
When the sauce was all said and done, I found the tomatoes and onions too chunky for me, so I used my hand blender to break it down a bit. Still had great flavor, just less chunky.
This reciepe is very good, and I will defiently be making it again very soon.
By the way, usually I serve chicken parm with pasta and any leftover red sauce. Just as a change, I used the pasta with oil and garlic recipe from the same show (BW2E09 This was also very good, and a nice change to having just pasta and sauce on the side.
I defienlty recommend trying this recipe.
