    Ingredients are readily available in stores and steps are easy to follow. The chicken was so good that my family started to eat as soon as I finished frying it. Even before it went into the oven with the sauce and the cheese. This is favorite chicken parmesan recipe.

    This recipe is DELICIOUS!!! But, not as easy as it appeared on the TV show. I don't know what I was thinking. But I did everything according to the recipe, and it was great. Just a little more time consuming than I anticipated.

    This recipe will not disappoint! The chicken was so tender and delicious. I made the marinara sauce, just like he did on the show, using whole tomatoes and crushing them by hand. The flavor was much better. I covered the dish with foil while baking, so my cheese would not get too brown. I did notice that I had a lot more liquid than he did, but the dish was still fantastic. I served it with the fettucine noodles with garlic, dried parsley, parm cheese, and the olive oil mixture. The entire meal was so good!!
