This recipe has all the right ingredients, and also has most of the process. It is just too generous with the amounts and the cooking times. My adjustments include using only 3 eggs (instead of six for the egg wash (you can always add more and that the cooking time in the hot oil is too long at six minutes. I used a thermometer, and I recommend having the oil at about 375 F before the chicken breast goes in. It cooks REALLY fast. Also, you may want more Parmesan, as it is Chicken Parmesan. In any case, it is a wonderful basic recipe for a classic, which is very delicious served fresh over pasta.

I have tried several of Tylers recipes and they have all been great. I had to comment on the Chicken Parmesan as it truely was the ultimate. The flavor was fantastic and it was easy to do.

I have made this chicken parm countless times...and again last night. It is easy and perfect. I make it with the accompanying angel hair pasta. Light and fabulous. The only change I have made to this recipe: I now use panko (japanese bread crumbs in place of the Italian bread crumbs. An excellent switch!

This recipe is excellent and well worth the time to prepare. I have made several batches of the marinara sauce to keep in my freezer. I did pulse it in a food processor just because I like a smoother consistency. I did make a few changes, I used 1/2 bread crumbs (plain and 1/2 panko. I fried 2 breasts at a time for only a few minutes a side as they finished in the oven. This will be the only chicken parmesan I ever make again.

First time making chicken parmesan...worked great! Very easy and turned out super tasty. Served with angel hair pasta, baked garlic, and a tossed green salad.

This is an excellent chicken parmesan recipe. It takes a little time to make with all of the steps, but I think that it is worth it!! :
