I make this dish often, though I do add at least 1 1/2 cups chicken broth and 1 tsp bouillin ( I like Better Than Bouillon reduced salt chicken flavor. This way you have more sauce to put over pasta and it mellows the lemon to the right balance of tart and savory. Everyone loves this dish!!!

This recipe was definitely easy to make, and it was pretty good. I don't know if I just had an extra juicy lemon or what, but I found the sauce to be a little too tart. Next time I think I might leave out the vinegar all together, or just add the zest of the lemon instead of the juice. I also added some artichoke hearts (not marinated, just packed in water. I'm a huge fan of chicken piccata, though, and this is a good way to make it a little healthier, so I'll definitely try it again, just with a few tweaks.

Do not make the recipe if you are not a fan of lemony or raw caper flavor. I am not a fan of either so i will not be making this again. Although this is very filling.

This was delicious, added lemon zest to the sauce and doubled the chicken broth so there was enough sauce. Added extra wine vinegar to finish it off!! Best low fat dinner in a long time!!

Love it! And SO healthy. (We never have white wine in the house. Most recipes ask for white wine. This one.... vinegar. Who knew? My husband requests this recipe all the time now. This is a keeper. By the way-- like the others have suggested-- make more sauce. You can throw it on a side of pasta...... Thank you, Food Network!

After eating this the first time I discovered that I was addicted to capers! I made a second batch. It is so delicious and so easy to make!

Very delicious- my husband doesn't love chicken and really enjoyed this. I didn't need to double the sauce recipe, but I didn't let the sauce reduce much (I just simmered it for a minute or two. I found that the flour made it thick enough that it didn't need to reduce a lot. Will definitely make again!
