Sauce was too strong lemon flavor. Also use a little parm cheese on top and can sub the baby arugula for spinach with a little pepper if the arugula is too $$ or not avaliable.

This recipe was a home run! Had the mother in law in town this weekend and wanted to impress her with my cooking skills. This was not only easy to put together but was a huge crowd pleaser! Will def make this again!

This is likely one of the best and most delicious recipes I have made from the website. Simple! I did use white wine instead of the vinegar, but the same amount, so not tons of cals. I also added the zest to the broth/juice part of the assembly.

So so good! That sauce has such a great zing to it, and it was very simple. If you can't get some scaloppini, bang out some chicken breasts and then cook as directed. It was definitely a pleaser, and impressed my boyfriend!

My boyfriend loved it! I added a little white whine to the sauce, and followed other reviewers advice and made double the sauce. Definitely add the fresh lemon zest to the frugal, delicious!

This recipe is DELICIOUS! Pretty simple and easy--only thing is I wish there was a bit more sauce to it. Macaroni Grill had a similar dish, and it was one of my favorites. Very happy I can now make this at home. Will definitely make again!!

Made this tonight for my boyfriend and I. We both loved it. I chose to make the potatoes along with it instead of pasta. I will definitely make this again probably many times!

Cub says the Barber nailed it on her first attempt. It is really easy and I actually added more lemon than it called for cause we like it lemony. Will definitely make again. Also agree that arugula barely needs any dressing.

This was a really good recipe. I doubled the sauce and put it over pasta. The arugula really doesn't need any oil on it if you're trying to cut calories. I ended up mixing it in with the pasta and chicken once it was on my plate. Also, the store didn't have white wine vinegar so I used white vinegar and it was fine. I'll make this again.
