DELISH! I have been looking to make a great chicken salad for a long time, but could never really get the recipe just right. After coming across this one, I tried it. It was amazing! My fiance said it was the best he's ever had and has been asking me to make it again constantly ever since! Funny thing is, he really wasn't a big chicken salad fan to begin with! The things I changed were I didn't have dill or tarragon, but next time I will be sure to have one of these on hand. Also, I diced and added fresh red pepper. This I will continue to add, as it was a great personalization to this already-wonderful recipe. Will definitely be making this for my annual Halloween party!

This is one of the best chicken salad recipes we've tried!!! Delicious!! Our twist: We only had canned chicken breast, and used dried parsley and dill, also had no dijon so we used brown mustard instead. Also, instead of 1 cup mayo, we used 1/4 cup Best Foods lite mayo, and 1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt, and only used 1 tsp kosher salt. Served it on whole grain bread with fresh spinach. Very Yummy & Best of all the Kids loved it too!! Will definitely make this again!!

Best chicken salad EVER! I make this all the time to eat with crackers or on a sandwich! Super healthy and my husband is obsessed with it too.. I add red onion instead of scallions. I like the flavor or red onion better.

Very tasty. I added more mustard to give it an additional zing and folded in slivered almonds as well. It was most definitely a crowd pleaser - there were no left-overs.

So delicious!! I boil a whole chicken and use the white and dark meat from that. I add 1/2 the mayo at a time, and add more as needed. My husband was absolutly amazed and raved to all his co-workers-- definatly a keeper!!

This is a great recipe. I omitted the tarragon or dill and parsley and subbed in a medium sprinkle of Italian seasoning. I also used grilled(on the barbecue chicken.
