This was very basic and perfect! Only used half of mayo, a sprinkle of salt and a rotisserie chicken.

2 tsp of salt is too much. Otherwise, very tasty. I also added grapes and used reduced fat mayo.

This is best chicken salad ever! Everyone loved this recipe, my daughter considers herself a connoisseur of chicken salads! We had plenty of leftover chicken that had been smoked with a combination of hickory and mesquite. I did not have fresh herbs, so I used dried. I added just a touch of garlic powder to the dressing. I used country Dijon as that was what was on hand. I also added some capers for a little extra pop! Absolutely fantastic!

This recipe was fantastic! I have tried other recipes from this site but this one was exactly what I had envisioned it would taste like! I made it for dinner and my wife and boys were very pleased! I served it on 12 grain bread and used Turkey bacon as a finisher! The only changes I made to the recipe is that I cut the amount of salt in half and poached the chicken for only 10 minutes and then put it grilled it over a charcoal grill to add that smokey flavor to the chicken!

This was awesome. I doubled the recipe because we were having guests and my husband actually split the chicken up and seasoned it three different ways and put it on our smoker to cook it before adding it in and it was fantastic. He seasoned one as blackened chicken, one with a habanero rub and one with a BBQ rub and then we split the recipe up and made three different bowls of the chicken salad. Every guest loved them all. They came out fantastic.
