I made this for my wife and children last night and they absolutely loved it. Thanks for sharing!!! The only modification-no salt.

My family loved this, I used a baked chicken, I added extra lemon juice and less salt. I used spicey mustard instead of dijon. I added apples and waluts, wow was it good. Give it a try, you willl love it.

I used leftover chicken from the night before (done in a crock pot, and it turned out so good. So easy too! Served on toasted crustini rolls with lettuce and tomato. Would have been the BOMB with avocado. Made Alton Brown's coleslaw for a perfect accompaniment. Great weeknight meal! Next time will try the FN Kitchens pached chicken.

I made this for my husband and mother-in-law (I'm vegan they both raved over it. I used stone-ground mustard, less mayo and omitted the salt.

To cut the salt, I added green bell pepper. Also, instead of mayo, I used plain Greek yogurt and added boiled eggs. Great on pita or croissants!

    Terrific recipe!!!!
Cut back a little on the salt, just a little to much.
For some us who like a little "kick" in their Chicken Salad, shake out about 6 drops of Tabasco Sauce to the mixture. Fantastic!

This was a terrific recipe! First we stuffed some tomatoes with it and had it for lunch. There was plenty leftover for lunch the next day and we added mandarin oranges to it and had it on a small soft hoagie roll. This recipe is a keeper!

Just cut the salt to 1 teaspoon and it's just right. I also used 1/2 c. mayo with 1/2 c. sour cream (instead of 1 c. mayo to nice effect.
