I need a recipe with boiled eggs. I like my chicken salad kind of like I like tuna salad I may do the avocado with eggs and celery and some cream cheese.Hmmmm

I made it w/ chicken, apple, red onion, yogurt, 1 tsp (not 2 curry powder, cilantro and lots of raisins. My 9 & 12 yr olds loved it, and so did my husband! A new favorite!!

my children are picky eaters but they loved this recipe and so did my husband who takes it to work with him at least twice a week. Great for hot days when your a truck driver he says. paired with carrot stix and some granola or trail mix also filling.
