I just made this today. It was great, both my husband and I enjoyed it. I thought it was pretty easy to make and supper was on the table in less than hour. I made some brown rice to go with it and that worked quite well. I also used turkey Italian sausage because that was all I had on hand. I may try it next time with the real deal Italian sausage. Definitely a keeper recipe!

My husband and I love this! It is especially good served with potatoes to soak up that great sauce. Tonight I am serving with rice, I would love it with crusty bread to soak up the sauce but I have to eat gluten free. Like another person, I use pepperoncinis because I had them on hand. Banana peppers and Anaheims also work well in place of the Italian frying peppers that I can't find anywhere. This is one I make over and over.

Hey!Food Network...This recipe is the greatest the 1st time about a month ago... I used Italian Sausage...following the recipe but using white cooking wine & CI. Culinary Chicken Broth w/white wine & herbs...Turned out EXCELLENT..
Today I made it again using Hot Sausages & the same white cooking wine & CI.Culinary Chicken Broth & changed out the frying peppers for green squash cut into chunks..Simmering as I type this...Smells Wonderful...Thank`s for a great quick & easy to make recipe....Dan

Great recipe, everyone loved it. Didn't have fresh parsley so I used cilantro and it turn out great. I used dry cherry wine since I love cooking with it. Will def. be making this recipe again. Thanks Food Network!

Taste was wonderful, and a big hit. I did use chicken basil sausage and red peppers tho. Did not have cherry peppers, so I used sliced pepperoncini, worked well. I had to add some olive oil to the pan while cooking the sausage. I find that butter tends to burn to quickly, hence the evoo. Definately a keeper.

This recipe was easy and delicious. The cherry peppers that I used were HOT and I didn't realize this until I had already purchased and was chopping them up. Nonetheless, this meal was yummy and I will definitely make it again.

Very good. I used mild cherry peppers and sweet italian sausage to keep the heat down for a toddler. I recommend chopping the cherry peppers small because to bite into one can pack quite a punch. I also used chicken stock in place of wine as I was out. The recipe makes a good amount of sauce that thickens up nicely, perfect served over rice or mashed potatoes.

My family loved this one. Its even low carb friendly if you use all chicken broth and cut the white wine (although you'll need to add some of your favorite chicken spices to make up some flavor.
The combo of brats, chickens and veggies are really terrific!
