This one is definitely a keeper! - I made a few changes, like a previous poster I used hot italian sausage, bell peppers (one red and one green instead of the frying peppers because I couldn't find the ones needed, and I also added a little flour to the sauce at the end to thicken it up into a gravy. We had it with garlic bread and roasted potatoes (Tyler Flourence's recipe. Everything was absolutely delish! The pickled cherry peppers really added some heat and tart, careful using those if you're not too used to eating spicy foods.

The recipe was easy. I followed it to the T to see how I liked it before making any changes. It was really good, but because I decided to use hot italian sausage it packed quite a punch! The sausage really gives the chicken a great flavor! I will definitely make it again but tone down the heat a little. I too used roasted potatoes, but I think it would taste great over pasta or rice. It is also great because as someone on weightwatchers it fits into my plan.

This recipe was easy and delicious. I used 1 red and 1 green frying pepper instead of 2 green to add more color to the dish. I served it over brown rice which worked well with the delicious sauce, and still kept it healthy...

Very delicious! Made a few changes: used bell peppers instead of the one called for because I couldnt find any & used smoked beef sausage instead of the italian. Flavor was deffinately there. Went great with roasted potatoes.
