This was as good as the Schnitzel I have gotten at our annual German Festival-Loved the freshness of the breadcrumbs - I used wheat bread and it worked great and since I was out of marjoram substituted Oregano - Definitely will make this again!

I normally like veal schnitzels but this chicken one was DELICIOUS! This is a must try for any family!

Chicken with a mustard sauce was just what I was craving, and this really hit the spot! It was so quick to make too, with stuff I already had. I didn't have any apple sauce though, and I'm not sure I'd like it with that, but the yogurt mustard sauce was surprisingly tasty. I will definitely make this for my family again!
