My family loved it! It was easy, delicious, and the left-overs were wonderful.
Next time, I'll drain off some of the fat after browning the chicken wings.

I always get raves when I make this. I've found that often lemon gets lost in a dish, but this recipe somehow preserves it.
I must confess to skipping the oven part, because I don't have a pot that can go from stovetop to oven, but I brown and cook the thighs in a sautee pan, and it works out pretty well.
    Also delicious over mashed potatoes...

This dish is so delicious. The chicken is so succulent with the tangy lemon & rosemary flavors ... they linger between bites to make eating this a wonderfully savory experience.

I am always telling my friends and co-workers about this recipe. Believe me, if it wasn't easy, I wouldn't do it! I use chicken breasts (with skin instead, and it tastes just as yummy!

I liked it. Simple to make and has a "comfort food" feeling to it.

This was great and cheap. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs, but they managed to get crispy in the oven. I also used a whole onion instead of pearl onions.

This recipe is full of flavor. I've made this recipe many times, serving it over rice and over noodles. It's delicious either way. The chicken is finger-licking good!

My husband and I loved this recipe. It was soo good. I added some potatoes and they were delicious. The carrots especially were addictive, they were that good. Definitely a hit!
