I've made this several times. I love the herbs.

I usually don't write reviews on recipes already reviewed a lot, but I felt compelled because this dish was so good! Like another viewer, I marinated the chicken in lemon juice and garlic for 4 hours or so prior to grilling it. The chicken was juicy and had a perfect light taste, and the sauce was just fresh and flavorful, not overpowering at all! Everyone remarked at how good it was, Thanks!

This was my first time trying chicken with an herb sauce and it was excellent!!! The mint really kicked it up!!! I'll be cooking this more often.

I think we used a little too much mint, but it was pretty good. I would make again with a little less mint.

I was most interested in the technique for the chicken as I knew I could sauce it up in multiple ways (pesto, marinara, olive tepanade, creamy mushroom, and appreciate the health benefits of boneless/skinless chicken. I was hesitant about the sauce as I'm not a big fan of mint or parsley. But, based on other positive user reviews, I decided to make it. I must say it was flavorful (and I used 2 cloves of garlic, fresh, and it, too, can be used in multiple ways. Great job, Tyler.

I can't say I cared too much for the herb sauce. It seemed raw for me, I can't explain it. The recipe appealed to me as all of the ingredents were very fresh. I liked the method for cooking the chicken however. That was nice and easy. Even with just the S&P it came out tasty. I don't think I will make it again, if I do I will try using basil instead of the mint and maybe grilling the meat?

This chicken dish was so easy and came out perfect. My only change was I marinated the chicken with some lemon and smashed cloves of garlic almost all day. The chicken came out moist and topping with the mint sauce made it awesome!
Tyler, thanks for a great easy everyday recipe.
    Love your cooking.

This was so easy to make YET it appeared so gourmet! My family was a little hesitant of the bright green sauce at first. But, it is truly delicious with a nice fresh taste. How to boil water is the perfect show for me and the recipes make me excited and confident about cooking. Now thats a feat!
