Second time making this instead of diced chicken breast I cooked a whole chicken. I shredded the chicken and used the broth roasted fresh chile peppers. Garnish with cabbage. Family loves it

Easy to make and healthier than the red sauce with pork version. Family said this one is a "keeper". I'll never go red again !

I grew up with the Tex-Mex Beef / Pork Posole and this is just as good. My family loved it. Healthy eating.:

I love pozole, so I have to make this correction. It's spelled pozole and not "posole." I haven't made this version of it, but it seems tasty enough.

I made two gallons of this recipe for a contest at work. I won Judge's Choice and almost won People's Choice, as well. Everyone loved it! It has great flavor, the heat is perfect. I added sour cream as well as the other garnishes. Truly Excellent!

The soup base provided a smooth flavor with just enough heat. Sliced avocado complemented the soup nicely. I am going to use the same base, switch vegetable broth for the chicken broth, and use black beans and corn for my next batch for a vegetarian dish. I'll add the sliced avocado again for garnish.

My wife and I saw this recipe in the current Food Network Magazine and gave it try. It was fantastic! The chiles aren't overpowering, but do provide a good deal of heat. The addition of avacados and radishes as a garnish really add to the variety of textures as well as provide a bit cooling off from the spice. The flavors really work very well together. I highly recommend giving this easy recipe a try.

This recipe was really tasty and very easy to make. It was a little spicy since I included the chili seeds but everyone loved it.
