    Great!!! Even after just sitting in the rub for 30 mins, the chicken was spectacular! Not very easy to please my entire family with one meal but this one did the trick!!!

    Very good and easy. One the whole family enjoyed including both teenage boys which is rareity in our house. Definitely a keeper.

    The rub on the chicken was very good but the salsa was barely so-so. I would make the chicken part again and instead make a salsa more like pico de gallo, or for a sweet counterpoint to the spice, a salsa of peaches, cilantro, ginger, lime juice and a bit of brown sugar.

    I mentioned to my wife that I thought this recipe sounded really good. She was nice enough to make this for me for dinner on Father's day. It was fantastic! It has now taken up permanent residence in our library of recipes.
