    This is so simple to make and the pork was delicious. The mushrooms were very flavorful.

    I chose this recipe based on the ingredients, rather than the review. I was glad I did. Interesting flavor - very tender pork. The meal was terrific, the leftovers were great and we're going for round two tomorrow night. (I served with Yakisoba noodles and asparagus... yum!

    I happene dto have pork shoulder in my freezer so I was happy to try this recipe. It really wasn't too appetizing.
