This is a great recipe! Eating these and drinking a Corona, I almost felt like I was back in Cozumel. . . almost. I used Kosher salt and thought it was a bit on the salty side, but not too bad. Next time I think I'll half it and see what it's like. Other than that, delicious!

We made this recipe last night and it was SO salty we couldn't eat it! We are average-salt users and thought that the salsa especially was completely ruined. It is true we used table salt rather than kosher salt, so perhaps that was the problem. I would advise making the salsa without salt and then adding to taste.

This salsa is great with the shrimp tacos or used on other dishes! I always make extra so I can use it with other dishes or just serve it with tortilla chips.

So delicious! AND easy to make! Will definitely make this a regular meal. Salsa is excellent and I had extra so perfect for saving for other dishes and snacks. Would recommend making salsa chunkier with more avacado.

delicioso! this was fabulous. had company over and it turned out so nice. the salsa was very time consuming, but we made extra, which we will refrigerate and use in burritos. doubled the recipe, but only used one jalapeno which we seeded. this made the salsa flavorful, but not hot. the kids used the hot sauces we had on hand to spice it up more if they so chose.

Very nice. Easy to make. Salsa Verde was good. My first time to make it. I liked it very much. A hit with the family. Thanks. Will put this in my dinner rotation.

I'm too lazy to actually make salsa verde, so I bought a jar of it. The rest, however, is absolutely fantastic. I've made this with both chili powder and chipotle seasoning, and the chipotle seasoning is better. It has a smokey flavor that the chili powder is lacking. I'm a medium salsa kind of girl, and this seasoning makes my nose run. I absolutely love the look of these tacos as well; all the green makes it look so fresh. I've had this recipe on rotation for over a year, and I love it. It's also very fast to make (without making the salsa verde. Highly recommended.

We added some extra avocado to thicken it up and then some cayenne pepper to give it just a little extra kick. We use the leftover salsa and make chicken enchiladas the next night. Great recipe!

I was not a big fan of the salsa verde--it was too bland not counting the kick from the jalapeno. The shrimp wasn't very flavorful either. This was just an ok recipe that I will not bother on making again.
