Very tasty. Easy to make. I did not have almonds or dark rum so I used Amaretto. Perfect for a Sunday morning.

Chocolate-y goodness dessert, with the texture of fudge in the center. I used one cup of already ground almond flour, much easier than making it yourself. I omitted the rum as I'm not a fan. The orange zest is very subtle.

Great recipe! I used already ground almond flour I found at the store. The orange and rum give the torte a unique flavor. Very moist and crispy on the outside. Only thing I would suggest is to use a dark chocolate to make it a bit richer.

Really good! Nice, moist consistency. Just the right amount of sweetness. I only used half the orange and thought it was overpowering. I may omit it next time. I will make it again.

This was really goood! I had to use amaretto instead of the rum since I didnt have any. You can taste the almonds and a hint of the orange zest! Will make this again!

It was a hit! Someone actually said it was one of the best homemade cakes he had ever eaten.
I used Ghiradelli chocolate in the recipe.
