oh man. This is yummy, elegant, truly unique, satisfying but easy to make and easy to eat...tripled recipe to serve to a crowd in a big glass bowl - very well received. Only hitch..the amaretti cookies were a bit hard to find and VERY expensive ($25 for a tin. You probably good play around with combo of incrediates (switch berries or cookies type and you'd still have a good dessert, but this paticular combo is good and elegant.
