The only other cheesecake I love is at the Cheesecake Factory, but this recipe will give them a run for their money. I took this to a office party and co-workers wanted to hide what was left for themselves. It is very rich, so cut into small squares, but it's oooh sooo good!

Although a chocoholic myself, I was a little concerned that this recipe could define "too much" chocolate. I was wrong- it is perfect. The different types of chocolate balance wonderfully, and the candy canes on the top are the perfect touch. This will now be one of the annual Christmas baked goods on my list!

This was a pretty easy, delicous recipe even for me, a beginner. Friends asked for the recipe. Definately a keeper!

These are easy and wonderful. They could be dessert they're so rich! I wouldn't leave off the crushed peppermint like the last reviewer suggested. I liked the contrast in texture and you don't have to use very much. I just sprinkled until they looked festive and pretty and they turned out super. I didn't have any trouble cutting them like other reviewers - so don't know what's up with that.

This is a GREAT recipe, but the candy canes on top kind of ruin the texture experience of the bar. You bite into this delicious, creamy, wonderful cheescakey goodness, and finish off with a CRRUUUUNNNNCH of the candy cane. I made it again without the candy canes, and instead put 1/2 tsp of peppermint oil flavoring in the glaze, and got the same minty effect with out the crunch factor. I highly recommend this recipe, as long as you leave the candy canes OFF, or use VERY sparingly. :

I used chocolate graham cracker crust because I could not find chocolate wafers. I also left out the coffee. They were a huge hit. Thanks for the idea of heating the knife first because the top was a bit tough to cut through. But, boy were they yummy!
