You HAVE to make these! They are soooo amazingly good and chocolatey and perfect for Christmas! Definitely cut them into small squares, though. They're very rich.

This recipe turned out great! I added the extra 3 tbsp of cream cheese and 1 tbsp of flour to make them more like cheesecake than mousse, like other reviews suggested. I also ground up the candy cane really fine so that they added just a little crunch to each piece. I am definitly going to make for my christmas party.

Made these last year and they are soooo good! I omitted the candy cane pieces and cut them into 1 inch squares to add to my cookie tray. Everyone loved them and I will be making them again this year.

Found this recipe and decided to try it out before Thanksgiving. I couldn't find chocolate wafer cookies so I used about 6-7 chocolate graham crackers in the base (added to the processor until it was crumbly but still moist, and also left out the candy canes. Very rich but very tasty, and received tons of compliments and requests for the recipe.

These are delicious, but very rich. You may want to cut them into smaller pieces. The candy cane pieces make them a fun holiday treat.

If you like rich, chocolate flavor this is the recipe for you!! We were in the mood for a good chocolate cheesecake and after reading the other reviews this one looked perfect. It was so easy to make and is so rich and delicious! The only thing I did was omit the candy cane pieces. Maybe if we make this for the holiday's I'll add them but they are perfect without it. Making this in a bar form is also great because you can control the portion size. Because these are so rich a little goes a long way - even though I'd like to eat the whole pan. YUMMMM!!!

This dessert is definitely for chocolate lovers....very rich and creamy with a deep cocoa flavor. The coffee mixed into the crust is a great little addition and really enhances the flavor. I loved that the recipe was easy, and the finished product looked as great as it tasted! Next time the only thing I will change is possibly the chocolate topping-- it was just a bit too sweet, so I'll use half semi-sweet and half un-sweetened chocolate.

Great recipe! Very rich chocolate flavor. 1 inch squares are the perfect size, although you might need to eat a couple. I will make them again without the candy canes throughout the year. I might experiment with different toppings. Maybe toffee chips would be good. My kids loved them too!

Wow! What a beautiful, tasty and easy dessert! I am going to try this one. I think it would be awesome with a cup of hot coffee with some Cafe Latte Coffee-mate added. I am a proud Coffee-mate Brew Crew Memeber.
