They were delicious!!! Nomnomnom..... but since 12 oz of chocolate was A LOT, I used about 8 and it turned out fine. YUM!!! I also used salted butter, so I halved the amount of salt needed. As a twelve-year-old, I found this recipe simple and easy, with flawless results, which is saying something because I am terrible at cooking!

Love how these cookies came out! Came out very soft, chewy, and with a cake like consistency! Also love how easy they were to make with the fool proof recipe. Will definitely be making them again and again and again :

Love the simplicity of this recipe. It's great when you've got a craving and want fast results! I thought 12 oz. was Way too many chips. I ended up putting about 6 oz. of chips (half a bag and adding nuts. I also reduced the granulated sugar by 1/4 cup with good results. Good recipe if you want fast and easy.

this cookie recipe was quick yet delicious. it was a fun thing to do with my children. gooey and chewy like a chocolate chip cookie should be.

Crunchy exterior, chewy interior, perfect!!! This was the perfect recipe to try with my 4 year old. She was over the moon when they were done. Her words were, "they came out perfect". This will always be our go to recipe.

I LOVE this recipe!! I did tweak it a slight amount but made the original recipe as well! My modification was to add a mini snicker's candy bar in the middle for Santa! : He will LOVE them!!
