I have not used this recipe and am not sure I'd want to - it's basically the recipe on the back of the Nestle Toll House bag with the amount of butter cut in half (down from two sticks to one. Now, I'll admit that the Toll House cookies turn out a **little** too buttery, but I'd be worried that the cookies would be too dry if I eliminated so much butter. Maybe a stick and a half would work best.

the cookies turned out great i added a half cup of oatmeal to make it a little more filling. spectacular....!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't care to much for this recipe because of the final texture. To dry and crumbly. The taste was ok, but I've tasted better CC cookie recipes.
