The cheesecake pops were actually pretty simple to make, and they were absolutely delicious. A definite hit at the office.

this is a great recipe. i made the squares for an office holiday party and they were a hit. i was worried they were going to be too peanut buttery but i stuck with the recipe. it came out truly delicious. my teenage sister even said "cheesecake factory has nothing on this" it was very creamy and light. although i did make a couple changes after reading other reviews. if you make these changes i guarantee they will be excellent as well.
i baked mine in a nine inch springform pan. i had a lot of trouble fitting the aluminum the way they described, so i put it in a normal springform and cut the cake to the correct size square after baking. i also baked it in a waterbath.
The milk chocolate really balances the cake well. for mine i poured some christmas colored sprinkles on the bottom and they were very festive. they all went very quickly. i would absolutely make this dish again

Was a little too peanut buttery too me. Is better once they are frozen but I plan on trying to make it without the peanut butter and using maybe strawberry preservatives instead! Overall I like the idea very much! Easier for a party!

This is one of the best cheesecake recipes that I have ever made! (And I've made a lot of them! I used honey roasted peanut butter. I baked it in a springform pan in a water bath then instead of cutting out squares, I used an ice cream scoop and made round lollipops. I also rolled the chocolate covered pops in crushed honey roasted peanuts.

the cooking times are not right and they come out gooey and uncooked....so youve already cooled them and ready to cut them and you find out they arent cooked, there are better recipes on the site.

I made these on a hot day so I don't know if that had something to do with it or if they should have been baked longer than 45 minutes. The cheesecake was very soft and hard to work with. Very good though. I took them to work and EVERYONE LOVED THEM. I am printing the recipe out for all of them right now.

What a great idea. I made these for a party that was all about finger food and everybody had to have one, or two. It's great that you can make them ahead of time too. I can't wait to try them with a berry cheesecake.
