These are super easy to make and very crowd pleasing. You do need to work quickly, so the chocolate does not set before you get the strawberries covered. It's easier to melt the semi sweet chocolate and cover the berries with that first and set aside. After that, melt the white chocolate using a separate bowl but the same pot, and go back over the berries with the fork technique. These look very elegant and take a minimal amount of time and money to make.

This recipe is delicious! i have found that if you add a little bit of oil to the chocolate, the chocolate will be able to be used on more strawberries. Overall this recipe is fantastic and turns out very elegant.

While the recipe is great and certainly easy to prepare - I don't know about you, as a working mom of three - I really don't have time to do this as much as I would like to... I found a great site, www.chocolatecoveredcompany.com, which just launced a new site - www.incredibleberries.com they have the most amazing berries for all occassions and they offer free shipping - check them out. I've ordered them for my family and as gifts and they are unbelievable and just like making them at home - except - they always look perfect.

I am 13 and did this recipe in about ten minutes. It was a hit. My family loved it and I gave it to some of my teachers as presents and they enjoyed them too. My mo prefers it without the white chocolate but either way is good. Be sure to melt the chocolate on low and stir frequently! I have made this recipe daily and everyone loves it! Fantastic recipe! :

Overall, this recipe was great! It does have a very chocolaty tastes though. I tried this recipe, accidently letting my water get to a boil, and thought it would be ok if i just turned off the heat. But, the chocolate skipped the melting point and just scolded. I tried again and it worked perfectly, just be careful not to let the water boil, very very low heat. Also, is found myself scraping some of the chocolate off, so don't put too much on. Overall, very good!

My husband and I made this for my 22nd Birthday on March 17th, and it was so easy to make. Both chocolate and strawberries merry well with each other. They had at Albertson's 4 chocolate dipped strawberries for $5.00. Way cheaper and you get more if you make at home. Also, have more to share. But,overall i did not have any problems, plan to make again. Thanks

this was super easy to make and absolutely delicious! I also dipped bananas in the chocolate and gave them to friends who said they were even better than the Godiva dipped fruit!

Made these for valentines day and they were such a hit! I used white chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips that i had already in my pantry. They set quickly and it was soo easy!! Also it is very cost effective! I saw chocolate covered strawberries in stores going for as much as $30. You won't be spending more than $10 for strawberries and chocolate, if even that.
