I say Food Network needs to bring back the demo that could be viewed online where this recipe is made because when I saw it I thought to myself "that looks so incredibly easy to make!" I was so wrong!! It was very time consuming and something must have gone wrong during the chilling process since the crust came out PERFECT but the citrus part did not harden enough; it was more like a yogurt consistency. Also, clementines are extremely difficult to find with the limited selection of popular chain grocery stores in my neighborhood. I'll try this one again but FOOD NETWORK PLEASE BRING BACK THE DEMO VIDEOS FOR THIS RECIPE, THE CALCIONETTI AND PAULA'S WHITE CHOCOLATE CHERRY CHUNKIES!!!

I made these cookies last year and didn't realize that they would have to be refrigerated. I wanted a cookie that I could put in a tin with other cookies. On top of that, the cookie came out very 'gooey.' Made by itself, it's okay, but not something I would combine with other Christmas cookies.

The amount of effort it took to make these was not worth making them. They tasted pretty good, but I would cook the filling a little longer as it was too liquidy

These took a little time but wasn't that difficult. The results were wonderful and the little orange sections on top made it perfect! Took these to a Silver Sneakers (older exercise class and they loved them. Thanks.
