the bun was amazing, but the glaze was not for me... did not like the flavor and it was a little too watery to stay on top of the buns. i added double the sugar inside, much better. i had a little trouble getting it to a 18 x 10 as it said... mine was a tad smaller but it made 15 buns! Alot of work but much better than pre-bought cinnamon buns!

Takes forever to get through the whole process because of all the rising time, but totally worth it! I made 9 pretty large buns with this recipe...got great reviews from friends and family and will definitely be using this recipe again!

I have never found recipe for Cinnamon Buns that gave me what I was looking for. I made these for my family and even gave a few away to friends to get their opinion. Everybody raved about how good they were. I added a llittle more yeast than what was called for. Made them even flluffier. Great recipe!

These cinnamon rolls are not worth the effort. Your better off buying them at the store or find another recipe. They take a very long time to make. The icing was horrible and the buns did not come out fluffy as you think.

The actual dough wasn't that sweet, which I liked. Instead of proofing the rolls as reccomended in the recipe, I suggest doing it how Alton Brown does; put them in the oven, then put a pan underneath filled 2/3 with boiling water. The steam then does the proofing and makes them delicious. Overall, the recipe is just amazing!

This is my all time FAVORITE cinnamon bun recipe! I have made these little beauties Several times. I carted this recipe around with me... wherever i went!! Then i lost it... :( I was just sick! I didn't have a backup copy, nor could i remember exactly where i had gotten it in the first place.
recently, in doing some 'spring cleaning'... i found it! it was still covered in cinnamon and well worn. I have since printed out Several 'backup' copies so that i never loose it again! U
These sweet pieces of Heaven are a little bit labor intensive-but OH! so worth the effort. They turn out beautifully; yet not too pretty to eat! In my opinion, the glaze is the "icing on the cake" shall we say, in making these absolutely perfect!
I am so thrilled that i have found this recipe again! I will be making them again this weekend--for the bazillionth time. MMMmmmm!

Excellent!! Worth the effort - very light and delicious. I didn't use the glaze in the recipe, I just used a simple glaze of powered sugar, milk and vanilla. Still, they were so very good. This goes in the list of "Will make again" book!!
Easy to make.
Thanks,
