I used steelhead trout for this recipe which I had never tried before. It was quite tasty. The family thought it was a little bland but I actually liked the tasting the flavor of the fish and not a bunch of other junk. Also, 10 min was not a long enough cook time, the trout was still raw in the middle. We ended up cooking it 20 minutes and it was perfect.

I cooked this dish with tilapia instead of trout, and poured some white wine (Chardonnay in the pouches (I couldn?t find trout in our country.
...It was awesome! and everyone in my family adored it.

I first closed the foil too much, I think. The fish did not cook well. I put it back in with the foil curled up but not sealed at the top. Then, I baked it at 450 for 8 minutes. It was quite good! I will make this again.
