    This was my very first time making a cheesecake. I don't consider myself a baker but I'm a decent cook. I was so relieved and happy that it tasted so delicious. Perfect flavor profile with just enough citrus to add a light freshness. The ONLY thing I will change next time is to double the crust. It was so yummy that I was left wanting a bit more.
    The topping was delish and the right color. We made a strawberry compote to drizzle over it.
    Everyone who tried it, loved this. Thank you for making me a better baker!

    This was the first cheesecake I ever made. I was surprised that it came out very well (even when I realized after it was in the oven that I forgot the foil, oops. Everyone actually really loved it. The texture was really very nice. It wasn't too sweet either, which was good. The topping worked fine for me, though I didn't measure everything in it exactly.

    Made this recipe a couple of months ago. Did not read the reviews first. The topping ingredients were incorrect. Had to scoop a light, tan, soupy mess off of the top. They have since corrected it. Going to try it again today.
    It was an excellent cheesecake, despite having to remove the soupy topping! It was the perfect texture. Not too soft or too firm. I would suggest that you purchase extra wide foil for wrapping the pan or water will seep in and make your cheesecake mushy.
    Hate to say it but if it doesn't turn out awesome, you did something wrong!!!!!

    Sorry to be the party pooper on this, but I did not find this cheesecake very good. It was not very dense and was too moist; I like a dryer, more dense cheesecake and this was not it. Maybe I did something wrong? Baking times and all that were perfect. It baked up nicely and looked great, just did not taste that rich and yummy.

    It was my first time making cheesecake. This is a great recipe. Turned out perfect. I would have doubled the amount of crust though. If you just want crust on the bottom, it's fine, but if you want crumbs up the sides too you need a lot more. I didn't make the sour cream topping either. Didn't sound good to me. I'm saving this one and will be making it again. Got rave reviews from the friends I served it too.

    The first time I tried this recipe, I was a bit skeptical; however, when I served it to my children the next day, I was more than plesantly suprised. It was, by far, the best cheesecake that I had ever tasted. I have made this several times since and have also made it for various friends and family members and continue to be told that it is the best cheesecake they've ever had, including the Cheesecake Factory!!! SUPERB, COMPLETELY OVER THE TOP!!!!!!! I will never eat any other cheesecake!!!!!!

    very very very amazing ,easy and delicious recipe.ive been wanting to make cheesecake long ago but never had the nerve cause i was scared it would be a disaster..but it turned out perfect..thank u for this recipe//and willl definitly do it again.
