    Made these on Saturday and then made another batch on Sunday. Beware that the recipe as stated makes a thick cookie when pressed into a 9 inch tart pan. The Sunday batch was made exactly the same up I split the dough into two parts and pressed into two 9 inch tart pans and cut the cooking time to 28 minutes.
