These scones were incredible!! If you like coconut, you will love these. Each bite is like a little
bit of heaven. They were also very easy to make. These are a winner.

These were wonderful! So glad I ventured into the world of scones--I used almonds, and I didn't have the coconut extract/flavor so I just used extra vanilla. As a result, the coconut flavor itself was very subtle, but no complaints here. Easy to follow recipe.

These were terrible. They were bitter and had a horrible bitter almost metallic aftertaste. They were completely inedible. I was so disappointed. I make scones all the time and have never had something so bad.

This is a great recipe for coconut lovers. Family loved it. I added almonds instead of pecans. I also added chocolate chips. Best eaten warm. A KEEPER. Recipe photo tutorial can be seen on my blog, Baking is my Zen.

I made these scones as part of a Christmas present for a friend(part of the gift was also a christmas platter and they were to die for! I am making some this coming week while on vacation for myself also. I have also added some orange zest and craisons just to jazz it up a bit and orange juice, orange zest with coconut extract into the glaze

Outstanding!! I have made these for many events and have had nothing but raves and requests for the recipe. I do a lot of baking and these scones have become one of those specialties that I make knowing they will be a hit. I wouldn't change a thing.

My Mom out in California first made these and told me how great they were. When I made them, my husband and I just loved them too! If you love coconut, you will absolutely love these scones. They also freeze really well too!

I'd recommend making these smaller than the recipe suggests.

I've had the article/recipe pinned to my fridge since it was printed.. The ingredients in the pantry for a few weeks. I finally found some time to try this recipe and I love it. I love scones and I love love coconut. I will definitely be making these again. =o>

I made these after seeing it in FN Magazine. The first time, I didn't wait for the scones to fully cool so, of course, the glaze was thin. If you like that extra glaze and coconut taste, I highly recommend waiting for them to cool completely. Yummy!
