I've had the article/recipe pinned to my fridge since it was printed.. The ingredients in the pantry for a few weeks. I finally found some time to try this recipe and I love it. I love scones and I love love coconut. I will definitely be making these again. =o>

I made these after seeing it in FN Magazine. The first time, I didn't wait for the scones to fully cool so, of course, the glaze was thin. If you like that extra glaze and coconut taste, I highly recommend waiting for them to cool completely. Yummy!

I have to say that this are the best sconces I've ever had, I like them sweeter so I added more sugar and I drizzle a lot of glaze. Great job Stacy!!!

These are very good and I will definitely make them again. So good warm from the oven with a little of the glaze on them. I wrapped a few to freeze and will see how they do as there were too many for the two of us!

These scones are incredible! I made them exactly as stated and they are moist and tasty. I've been looking for brunch recipes and this one is a keeper!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my scones came out with a very bitter, almost metallic taste. My husband likes bitter things, so he thought they were fine, but I couldn't get past the second bite. Since everyone else seemed to love them, any ideas what might have gone wrong? Bad coconut extract? (I've never used it before, mine was labeled "coconut flavoring", and it's the only guess I have.
I think it's more than my sweet tooth missing the sugar in these less-sweet scones; bitter and metallic can't come just from that, right? What did I do wrong?

I have a Tea every year for a group of friends. Last year I made scones that needed to be rolled and cut. They were very good but a lot of fuss. This time I decided to try one that was a little easier. I tried these and will never go back. They were AWESOME. They almost didn't make it to the Tea. I will make them again and often. Easy and terrific is my kind of recipe

These scones are awesome, or as my 2 year old likes to say "delectable"! My 12 year old made them, they are not difficult and truly delicious.

This recipe caught my immediate attention when the mag landed in my mailbox. I whipped up a test batch, as my plan was to give them as a Christmas gift to some special folks. That batch not only tested on my family, I took half of them out to my daughter's place of employ. They received rave reviews there, too! The Christmas Plan was sealed!
I prepared the Christmas batch alongside a homemade Lemon Curd recipe given to me by a friend. This combination was a most excellent choice.
I've since made two additional batches, each time, experiencing perfect results, the same number of scones from the mix. This recipe will become a staple in our home. I cannot say enough good about it!
Thumbs Up! ~ and Congratulations to the contest winner! :
