Made this tonight! Followed the recipe exactly and it was refreshing! Lots of flavor. If your noodles are paste like, you overcooked them! Easy, fast and healthy!

Made this dish again last night. My wife is a vegetarian, so I omitted the chicken, and it is still quite good. After a few attempts I have up'd the ante on the Sriracha sauce (we both like more kick and the dish can handle it - rich peanut butter and cool cucumber. This one is a favorite and it makes enough for lunches the next day!

This was good. Recommend that people use seasoned chicken (or add some dry rub to your rotisserie chicken.

We didn't care for this recipe. I would probably suggest to use a different type of noodle if someone else wants to try the recipe anyway. Rachal Ray has a better version on this site.

Thought it was great, but here in Ontario, Canada you cannot take any nut product to school. Thanks though!

No way is this a one star recipe. Refreshing on a hot summer evening. Easy to fix and delicious! Reminded me of some noodle dishes I had when we visited Japan.

Excellent and perfect for a summer day when you don't want something too hot because temperatures are in the upper 90s. Easy to prepare and it's nice to make something with an Asian influence instead of typical hamburgers and fries. I added a little wasabi to spice it up a bit but other than that I will be doing this recipe again.

I just created an account to review this dish since I didn't think it deserved 1 star from the last reviewer. I thought it was a great weeknight night meal which was very simple to prepare (just as the magazine stated!. I did use spaghetti instead of soba noodles (since that's what was in my pantry, but other than that... pretty much followed the recipe to a "t". My husband and I both enjoyed it. I would say it makes more than 4 servings though... more like 6.

Wow...this was bad! I make recipes from Food Network magazine on a weekly basis. This was by far the worst. The noodles tasted like paste. We ended up tossing the dish and ordering a pizza instead.
