    First, I loved this recipe! Second: To Sharen~ Why would you rate a recipe with one star because you don't like one ingredient (cheese? If you don't like the ingredients that make up a recipe, then don't make the recipe!

    I have made this several times now...The first time, my husband said, "What is that?!" I told him it was corn pudding and he turned up his nose...then he tasted it and he was sold! Now he asks me to make it regularly!

    SHAREN, No cheese in this recipe. Mix 3 T sugar, 1 1/2 T cornstarch,
    1/2 t salt, add following: 3 eggs-beaten, 1 cup milk, 3 T butter- melted, 2 cups or 1 can cream style corn. Put in baking dish. Set dish in hot water and bake for 2 hours. 300 degrees

    This is so good. I've tried several corn pudding and corn casserole recipes, some include cheese some do not, but they're all good. If you don't like cheese in your corn pudding, simply leave it out. It does nothing to change the recipe.
