I just made this sandwich(es - OMG!!! Loved it - will share it definitely. I only thought it could use more mustard - not sure if it was because my mustard was too old, or I just love the taste of it. I highly recommend this recipe!!!

I made this sandwich and I was very good. It was a bit salty.......a few days later I made it again with out all the beer and onions and stuff.....just rye bread, the corned beed and the cheese, and OMG it was just fantastic.....not salty at all.....I think with the beer, onions and stuff is what made it salty......but all and all a good sandwich

This was the best sandwich I ever made, ate, and had! This wasn't hard, but it does take longer than your traditional sandwich. But is it ever worth it. The flavor of the caramelized onions with the porter beer was phenomenal. It is a must try!

Wow! This is a hit! Take time to make the onion jam; I used Samuel Adams black lager. So much flavor.

I love Reubens, but this sandwich is even better than a Reuben!!! My new favorite. Soooo much flavor. All I can say is YUM .... AND YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!
