Directions
Blend 2/3 cup buttermilk, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon each lemon juice, dijon mustard and chopped chives, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 chopped garlic clove, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste. Toss lettuce with some of the dressing.
