The directions were not very clear becasue the 1st direction was not in the paragraph. Even though no salt or baking soda were added, the cookies tasted very good. Make sure to let them cool! If not chocolate chips fall out.

It is soooo hard to find a cookie recipe that is JUST right. Love the idea of making a cookie a bit more "cakey"! It ensured that the cookie wouldn't be too dry or hard, but not incredibly fluffy. My roommate and I completely downed so many of these in one study session. Very easy to make, however the refrigeration part is a must! Tried baking some of the batter once it was mixed and the cookies decided to spread into oblivion. We refrigerated it and baked the the next day and it turned out great!

I really enjoyed this recipe! They turned out cakey and not extremely sweet, which I loved! Definitely will be making these again and again in the future.

I have never made good chocolate chips cookies until today. I like my cookies a combination of crispy and cakey. (less on the cakey side they came out perfect. When I make them there is none left the next day. My family eats them all in one day. I will keep this recipe forever!

Perfect blend of crispy-cakey! I added some white chocolate chunks and baked them a little longer 'cause our family likes their cookies a little more crispy than cakey. Will definitely keep this recipe for future use.
