This was a great dish. Very easy to make... But i did it differently cause i didnt have all the ingrediants. I used powdered parsley and garlic. I also used light olive oil and butter. Instead of actualy bacon, i used bacon bits... Still turned out wonderful and gave it a wonder flavor.

These potatoes are a quick and easy side dish with a lot of flavor and few ingredients.

These potatoes were great, very flavorful, and attractive too. I got a little worried while I was preparing the dish because my potatoes were not browning as fast as the recipe said they would. Then I read others reviews and theirs also took a little longer. Very yummy and I will be adding it to my recipe box for sure!

I used dried parsley and bottled minced garlic! WAS STILL DELICIOUS! Highly recommend these! It took quite a bit longer to brown. Maybe because I used a teflon coated saute pan. GREAT THOUGH! Worth the effort.

Went searching for recipes to wow my in-laws while they were staying with us for a weekend. They loved this side dish. We had them for breakfast but have since made them for a dinner side dish as well.

    Delicious and easy!

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. Did not think it was too greasy, but would recommend using fresh bacon rather than the kind you can microwave.

These are SOOOOOO good. These are really good to make especially when you're tired of eating your friend's same potatoes!

These were great, but I noticed it helps to make sure the potatoes are cut pretty much the same size so they cook evenly and finish at the same time.
