Delicious, however...I skipped out on the oil and added the following to the recipe; Red bell peppers and cashews. Delicious...instead of curry, I use garam masala for a bit of heat. Love it, we wrap it up in some flat Lebanese bread with butter lettuce or romaine and rough chopped bits of golden cherry tomatoes.

This is the best curry tuna I've ever tasted I am definately making it again. I bused lemon juice instead of lime and it still was great.

I LOVED this sandwich. I had a curry sauce on hand, so I added it instead of the oil and curry powder. It was absolutely delicious and I will make this type of tuna salad until I get sick of it!! As if!

First, beware the amount of salt used, as the other spices fill the gap. Second, with fresh curry, half the spices were necessary. Last, I found the oil to be unnecessary. Otherwise, a nice twist on a classic sandwich.

Makes a quick and inexpensive lunch. Add a couple of carrot sticks and pita bread...tastes great! curry is not too overpowering.
