    kinda boring. I think I made an error in draining the beans - way too dry so had to add chicken stock. I'd add a lot of salt or seasoning blend or something. Edible, but not worth doing again.

    This recipe for the "Day-After Dip", uses Thanksgiving [with the widest variety of leftovers] to use as the foundation for this 'quite-good' appetizer!!! Enjoy!!! :-

    This was perfect ...I had alot of roasted veggies leftover (alot of butternut squash and sweet potatoes in the mix so I was able to use them up nicely.
