You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 2 fluid ounces dark rum
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Tia Maria
  • 2 fluid ounces half-and-half
  • Ground allspice for garnish

Directions

Put the peeled, frozen banana in a blender along with the rum and Tia Maria. Add the half-and-half and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled wine glass, garnish with a dusting of allspice. Serve.

    In that I did not have tia maria, Isubstituted kahlua, but to me it still lacked something, so I added a splash of chocolate syrup (I'm sure you could use godiva chocolate liquor too and found this to be a hit! Make sure you peel the bananas before you freeze tham! And don't count the calories!

    I thought the dark rum was overpowering. The allspice did not go well at all. Made the second batch with alittle more half and half, and nutmeg and was better.
