    The recipe forgot to mention the cheese. It probably would have been better if a white sauce had been used instead of just 1 egg.

    There should have been a step instructing to sqeeze out extra liquid from zucchini - the entire mixture fell apart and made a huge mess

    Baked them and they came out fine. Good but not great. Also, who wrote this recipe? Oddly written...IMHO.

    I made these and they taste good, but very mushy and hard to fry. there has got to be something else added to hardned the croquettes.

    These are just as good if not better if you bake instead of frying these after rolling in the cashews. Make sure turn them over halfway through baking. This is an indulgence except I have much less guilt after I eat the baked version!!

    Super easy to make and tastes good but it was difficult to fry the corquettes since they weren't too solid.
