    This was very delicious... perfect for brunch or dinner. I used canned tomatoes instead of the paste and served it with some olive oil and parmesan cheese toast. A definite repeat at our house. Enjoy!

    I did my own variation on this dish using leftover bits in our refrigerator. Delicious! And definitely a new staple in our kitchen...
