My son made this recipe and the sauce turned out thin and the cheese melted into clumps that wouldn't become part of the sauce. The flavor was great. He followed the steps (very easy but it flopped. Any suggestions on what he missed??

Ditto! what everyone is saying! Recipe is so easy and I added some leftover sweet corn (from the cob and crab meat tossed with a blackening spice to make it even more so. YUM!!

My husband and I loved this!!! It was so easy to make and so delicious! Not as heavy as other recipes I have tried. The next time I make it I will add lots of spinach to my water right before the pasta is done cooking (last minute and then toss the spinach into the Alfredo sauce. I have had this at the restaurant and its really good! I also added lots of pepper to the sauce. I will definitely be making this again!

This sauce recipe is perfect just as written. I added some lobster tail meat which I sauteed in olived oil and lemon juice and it was dynamite. Vert good and very easy. This will be a go-to pasta dish in our home for years to come.

This is the best alfredo I've ever made. I think it's the technique used as most recipes have you add the Parmesan to the cream sauce then add the pasta. I added some sauteed shrimp and a little Cajun spice (I'm from Louisiana and it was perfect!

My husband said that this is the best pasta he has ever tasted. I added about 4 tbsp cream cheese to the sauce and I tossed in some sauteed shrimp before serving. And it was very simple. It is not very good leftover though so do not double the batch unles you plan to eat it all.

Just before serving, top with some shirmp that have been sauted in olive oil, garlic, salt, & pepper and you have the most self-indulgent pasta dish....lovely. I also sprinkle with a little chopped, fresh italian parsley.
