yummy. it's not exactly alfredo, as there is a slight cauliflower taste, but it's definitely not overwhelming. for me, it's actually a bonus, as i love cauliflower!
i did omit the pasta water, since it seemed like the right consistency before adding. was thick and creamy and delicious.
will definitely make again!

Absolutely delicious. I think it tastes very similar to a normal alfredo sauce -- thick and creamy. I used bow tie pasta since I'm not a huge fan of fettuccine and didn't use the parsley since I don't like it, but I followed the rest of the directions exactly and it was fantastic. I love the little hint of lemon. My 5- and 3-year olds loved this too!

OMG this was Awesome! I omitted the water when cooking the cauliflower and it was fine. Nice and thick when pureed. My family all loved this dish and we found it very satisfying!!! Have already passed this recipe along!! Note that I doubled it since we did a pound of pasta.

My husband and I loved it! As we are Jewish and eat kosher (no mixing milk and meat I substituted the milk with soy milk and it turned out great!

I usually stick to 5-star rated recipes on this site, but this recipe looked intriguing. This dish was good, but should definitely be renamed. It tasted nothing like a low-fat Fettuccine Alfredo. It should be renamed, "Fettuccine with Cauliflower Sauce and Lemon Zest." It was, however, fun to try.

I made this for dinner tonight and while the dish tasted good, I found the sauce was really watery and thin and didn't have a consistency anywhere near a normal alfredo sauce.

This Fettuccini alfredo was absolutely delicious! It tasted so good that it was hard to believe it was low fat! I will definitely make this again. Also it didn't take that long to prepare. Yum!

Delicious! What a creative way to make a fattening dish much healthier. Made it last night as written with the additions of some grilled chicken and roasted asparagus. But, c'mon people. Why do you review a recipe BEFORE you cook it?!?! Is the concept of a review lost on you? How can you give something a rating based on how it looks on TV and not how it turned out when you made it? So irritating. Noboday cares that you're planning to cook it. We care how it turned out when you did.
