We just had this ham for Easter dinner. My hubby was a little skeptical about the figs, but as it turned out, it was amazing. My entire family loved it! Definetly a keeper!

I had to do a little hunting to find the fig jam. I finally found it at a shop that carries Stonewall Kitchen products. This glaze was fantastic; it is my new favorite. I highly recommend this recipe.

My go to ham glaze. You can frequently find the fig jam at a T.J Maxx and such stores and I just keep a jar on the shelf. I also add a few splashes of bourbon for a little depth of flavor.

liked it a lot. go easy on the orange, i used less orange. it will overpower delicate fig flavor. i also added 1tbsp. finely chopped shallots for a little savory twist.

I made this ham for Christmas this past year, and I actually got a great compliment from my brother who is so stuck into having the usual fare. Compliments on your cooking are very rare from him. He actually got up from the table looking for more of this glaze. I thought it was the perfect ham glaze...and I know good cooking when I taste it! This will surely be a winner in our household.

This ham was delicious. Very easy and will continue to make it just to make it. The only thing is I need a double oven to bake all the other items. Maybe next years Christmas gift.
