Served this for Christmas Eve and it was a huge hit (even among those who don't like figs! I used Stonewall Kitchen's fig/walnut butter. Here's another use for the glaze - I sliced a small wheel of Brie in half (like a cake layer and removed the top rind; spread some glaze (before the melting stage inside the Brie and added some chopped dried fruits reconstituted with warm OJ; replaced top half of brie and repeated on top; and then spread a thin layer of glaze inside the puff pastry before wrapping it all up and baking at 350 for 25 mins. (can brush with egg wash if you like a browner crisper crust Serve as an app while the ham is resting or alongside! Enjoy!

We just had this ham for Easter dinner. My hubby was a little skeptical about the figs, but as it turned out, it was amazing. My entire family loved it! Definetly a keeper!

I had to do a little hunting to find the fig jam. I finally found it at a shop that carries Stonewall Kitchen products. This glaze was fantastic; it is my new favorite. I highly recommend this recipe.

My go to ham glaze. You can frequently find the fig jam at a T.J Maxx and such stores and I just keep a jar on the shelf. I also add a few splashes of bourbon for a little depth of flavor.

liked it a lot. go easy on the orange, i used less orange. it will overpower delicate fig flavor. i also added 1tbsp. finely chopped shallots for a little savory twist.
