    Fabulously easy and tasty summer dinner which we had with a bean and corn salad. Agree with previous reviewer that the salsa recipe makes a lot. It's delicious, but about 1/2 the salsa recipe would likely be enough. Instead of bass, we used hake loins (from Costco's freezer section and will definitely add this to our collection of favourites to make again and again.

    We really enjoyed this. My six-year-old, who often won't eat fish, declared this "awesome" and the watermelon salsa "super good."

    I really like this recipe. I love fish tacos,but I'm not a big fan of raw cabbage. I love that romaine is used instead. The watermelon salsa was actually pretty good! I used Mahi Mahi and Tilapia as bass wasn't available at my store. This was easy to prep, easy to make and very tasty! I also used ancho chile powder, instead of chipotle powder (it's what I had on hand. Be warned, this makes ALOT of salsa! I used a small, personal watermelon and still had alot!
