Loved it! Baked some chicken breasts, diced em and added red peppers, onions, garlic and more seasoning (ie. oregano, basil. I only use these recipes as a base, but you have to be creative.

Did not like this recipe. So very bland. For those who liked it, I temepered the eggs by warming up 1/4 cup of the condensed milk and added it to the egg mixture before putting it in the pot. No problem with scrambling.

A simple cheesy dish. It is a good base to make other things, I would add Brussels sprouts or something. I did use tempeh bacon instead of ham and enjoyed the smokiness itvadded.

I plan to try this but lighten it up with Low fat cheeses and a Low Fat Ham, Skim evaporated milk. I also can use whole grain pasta to make it healthier. I might also use asparagus instead of the peas to cut a few more calories. Also I think using less amount of the cheeses might help or even only three instead of four different cheeses. However as it is written I agree, way too many calories for a meal.

People are certainly entitled to their opinions when it comes to food and caloric intake. I, like many, watch my calories but I am not afraid to indulge if it's worth it. For over 800 calories a serving, the taste just wasn't worth it for me. As for the reviewer by the name of mismax who felt the need to point out that this is Food Network and not Weight Watchers, I think that's pretty apparent. As far as suggesting that those who are concerned about calories go to another site for recipes, I think that's unnecessary considering there is a section of this site dedicated to healthy eating. There are enough recipes on this site for everyone, regardless of dietary needs. Last time I checked, food was for everyone!

We also enjoyed this recipe and it was a nice treat. I agree with mismax about all the negative comments about the calories and fat. It's obvious this is not going to be a low cal, low fat meal so why bother commenting on that. If you're concerned about the calories and fat, you shouldn't be looking at this recipe at all. Don't waste reviewers' time with such comments. I want to know about the accuracy of the ingrediance and cooking time and think I can figure out on my own that this is very fattening.

We enjoyed this recipe. I don't understand all of the negative comments about it having too many calories and fat. Really? Then don't make it. It's easy enough to tell from the ingredients that it will be calorie and fat laden. This is not Weight Watchers, it's Food Network! If you're that concerned, go to another site for recipes, because this probably isn't for you.

Truly a 30 minute recipe. Easy. But, I would add more salt and pepper too. Not enough flavor.
